Srikrish Posted October 4, 2021 Report Share Posted October 4, 2021 Hello, I lived in US legally for 12 years and then moved to canada because of the GC delays.I lived in US for 28 days in 2020 and left to canada in feb 2020. Because of Pandemic situation and the borders closed, I couldn't travel back but I continued working for the same client and got paid in USD in my US account by the US employer (US Based Consulting company).Will this impact my GC and the H1B Extension.Thanks in advance Quote Link to comment
