Sivaramakrish2007 Posted September 30, 2021 Report Share Posted September 30, 2021 Dear, I had applied H1 Cap this year through some consultancy in US and they'd shared the Receipt number 13 digit and I checked in USCIS Portal and case is approved. But the consultancy is not giving any update further and telling that approval notice is with their attorney and only during the visa interview they will share with the me more over I'm not sure about them because i paid amount for H1 cost Next they are asking to wait till Jan 22 as the holiday seasons start from Nov they cannot bring me in to US. How do i approach them to share the I797 approval notice or how do i verify that the case they filed is belongs to me. Thanks, Quote Link to comment
