Hello,

I am a contractor in the US with an employee and my H1B is approved via consular processing (Change of status was rejected as my employer did not submit my initial 4 payslips) while I was working for client A. 

After my H1B approval via consular processing, my contract with client A ended and am now working with client B.

Is it possible to file my H1B amendment (as client changed) AND Change of Status at the same time?
