I am still working for same company in India payroll from three years. Company is not applying for h1b visa and not ready for consulate processing but might be ready to file my L1 visa. Does it impact on my green card process since I was on h1 visa at the time of perm ? Does it create any complications or extra documentation for green card if I travel on L1.
