I got my EAD and my 485 will sooner be getting to be scheduled for an interview as per the rep I spoke to today. I was looking thru' all the previous details today and just realized that I may be out of status for a period of Feb 4th 2007 to May 17th 2007. I switched between employers due to a miscommunication but ended up going back to the old one. I don't know if I was out of status at all coz my h1 got approved with I-94 with the old employer after he revoked it on Jan18th 2017. And the Approval of H1 was 07/23 but receipt date was May 17,2017,. but just prepare if this is case I thought of checking on this. MY question here is : 1. Would the Officer look at the out of status which was back in 2017 to decide whether to approve my 485 ? 2. Are there any options to take care of this that would help me during the interview ?
