Nil1234 Posted September 21, 2021 Report Share Posted September 21, 2021 (edited) I am in USA(Indian Citizen and Birth) for past 2 years in a Company and work as a Manager(have reportees) in H1b Visa. I am planning to go to India and stay there (in India payroll) for 365 days. I plan to come back in 366th day in USA in same H1b Visa.
