vikasap Posted September 8, 2021 Report Share Posted September 8, 2021 My current employer has filled for an I-140 recently, however not in premium. So it might be a while to get that approved. My understanding is that once approved I will have to wait for 180 days for changing employer. Is this correct ? My previous employer had also filled for I-140. Does this help in any way to change my current job sooner than the 180 days + days to get new I-140 approved previously mentioned ? Quote Link to comment
