ione721 Posted August 25, 2021 Report Share Posted August 25, 2021 I applied for Downgrading I-140 Petition From EB-2 To EB-3 last year along with I-485, I-765 etc last year (Oct 2020) and my priority dat is Aug 2011. I got the approval for I-140 in EB3 in July Per latest visa bulletin my priority date is now current in both EB2 and EB3. Is the any thing I need to do on my end to to tell what what category USCIS should use for adjudicating my case or is it up to USCIS discretion. Please advise Thanks Quote Link to comment
