I have H1B approval but still waiting for H4 and H4 EAD approvals, expiring 8/14/21. Finger prints were completed before 4 months. 1# Is there a way for default extension for H4EAD based on receipt notice (category C26) 2# What are the options to get H4/EAD approval asap 3# Can we contact Murthy Law firm if they can process litigation (90 days delay) Quote Link to comment
