Qwertys Posted August 2, 2021 Report Share Posted August 2, 2021 I'm an Indian and I'm currently a L64 manager at Microsoft. I am soon going to get to married to my girlfriend who lives in Canada. Currently it looks like I will need to move to Canada because she doesn't want to move to the US for another 2 years till she gets her citizenship. If Microsoft allows me to remotely work from Canada for 1-1.5 years and continue to be a remote manager with my current team in Redmond while I also continue to report to my current manager in the US, is it possible that when I come back, I can apply for greencard in EB1C category?
