vjkrishr Posted June 30, 2021 Report Share Posted June 30, 2021 First Employer - EB2 priority date March 2013 Current Employer - EB2 Priority date March 2013 Current employer files EB3 downgrade. I 140 premium process applied and approved in 15 days. After approval noticed the priority date as sep 2018 (labor/perm approval date of current employer) and the priority date from my EB2 140 (from current employer) has not been carried over. Sent email to premium process unit around 20 days back but no reply. Opened Service request to Texas service center around 10 days back. Have not heard back till now.
