B2 Extension - Biometrics schedule notice not received

Hi

I have filed for my mother's B2 extension last year in June and her status changed last week that biometrics appointment has been scheduled. my mother's I-94 was originally was till Aug 05 2020. While waiting for the extension she stayed in the US till Dec 2020 and left by end of Dec. Now to complicate things a little bit, we moved to a new address in Jan. So even though I have the mail forwarding I did not receive the biometrics appointment notice. I tried to submit the  change of address but the receipt notice number (starting with MCT) was not recognized. Today I am trying to request a e copy and when I select the form as I-539 and input the MCT receipt number it says the number is not valid. 

 

Has anyone faced the same situation? How do I request the e copy of the appointment notice?

Call USCIS. Patiently explain the situation. Clearly make your ask. Tell them to cancel appointment as your Mom left the country.

sorry for the late response. I missed this reply and thank you for the suggestion. I will call USCIS.
