Currently I am on L1A where my Visa & I94 has expired and my employer has filled L1A extension and received an RFE. As per 240day rules I can wait for extension response till Aug 10th. Before Aug 10th can i enroll for an masters course and convert my status from L1A to F1. This year due to Covid seems like some universities are enrolling students every month without GRE score as well. Can you please let me know if I can convert L1A to F1 and work on the CPT if the university provides, if so with the current approvals speed can i expect the approvals before Aug 10th?
