Krant Posted June 5, 2021 Report Share Posted June 5, 2021 Hi, I got my l-140 approved with employer A and my priority date is April 2016. After that I have changed to employer B who is going to start my prevailing wages step in another week. If my priority date becomes current in October 2021 how many days will I have after the date is current to file my l-485 application and do you suggest going back to my previous employer?
