Hi,

Per recent update (Aug 8) from DOL (http://www.foreignlaborcert.doleta.gov/) expected processing time for PWD is 2 months. So wondering did anyone applied in JUNE recieved PWDs. So please use this Thread to keep track of the processing times.

In general, PWD request filed in the earlier part of June were issued before the DOL delay. However, many PWD request issued in the latter part of June are still pending determination by the DOL as of date.
