Viraj Christian Posted June 3, 2021 Report Share Posted June 3, 2021 I am on my H1b status now just got changed and my wife came on F2 status before and now my attorney filed the H4 I-539 for her. when she came to the USA my STEM extension was going on which was valid till 06/2022. But when I got the H1B approval my F1 status had been gone. My wife also got the five years visa. how long she can stay here? according to the I-94, it shows that the limit of the stay is D/S what does it mean, and does it put any impact on the status of her in the USA?
