smsudha Posted May 27, 2021 Report Share Posted May 27, 2021 (edited) My Son H4 extension, we filed it back in July 2020, my H1 was valid until Feb 2021, so we requested his H4 extended until Feb 2021. Today May 27th they have his H4 extension approved until Feb 2021. Last November I applied for My H1 extension and got it approved. Now can I submit new H4 extension for my son with my latest H1 approval document even though it has been over 60 days since his H4 approval date passed/expired? will he have any issues or does he come under any invalid status from Feb 20, 2021 to filing again now? what and all other documents needed to provide this delay. kindly advise on this urgent matter.
