Working for the same employer but continuing as temp through another agency

Hi, 
I am currently on a Coop with a company. the company wishes for me to continue until my course ends. The issue is that since they have to hire me after my graduation as well, they are now processing me through a temp agency so my pay checks are going to come from there. My concern is that I have that company's name on my CPT authorization for another 2 months and I intend to apply for PreOPT start date for after those 2 months to have no gaps in employment. Will there be an issue if I continue working for the company through the temp agency under the same CPT authorization? or will that be a problem as I will technically not be an employee of the company but of the temp agency.
