At the moment, my husbansd considering a job change which obviously is going to involve a new H1B petition.However,I am concerned with the current H4 processing timelines by USCIS Questions : 1.Should we need to file a fresh H4 applications if my job chnage my job? If yes, what will happen to the previous pending application 2.Do we get to keep the seniority of filling out the previous application ported to the new application? Kindly let me know ...
