Impact of PERM process because of Promotion on approved EB2 I140 with priority date 2/15/2012

Hi Group,

I got my EB2 I140 approved from my employer with a priority date of 2/15/2012. The title for this PERM is Software Engineer III

I got multiple promotions within the same company, I am currently Manager, Software Engineering. My employer delayed the PERM application when I was promoted to manager (2018). They just started the process (2 months back), it may take another 6 to 9 months before I get approvals.

The new role is more of the Same as my previous role with additional responsibilities (Managing associates)

Question is, Now Final action dates are moving very fast for EB2 (December 2010), and EB3 (November 2011), If my priority date becomes current, Do I have any options to apply for I485 and GC? or I have no option but to wait for new PERM approved before applying I485 and GC?
