H1B Stamping Issues

Hello,

I have my H1B visa which got approved with Company A as Change of Status in 2013 with H1B start date of Oct 01, 2013 and my last date with the employer was Oct 18, 2013. The petition filed by Company A was valid from Oct 01, 2013 to Nov 30, 2014. Then I received offer from Company B so they filed for H1B transfer in PP, the petition was filed on Nov 15th, 2013 and got approved by Nov 22nd 2013. Then my work started from December 3rd, 2013. I was not on payroll from Oct 19, 2013 to Dec 2nd 2013, so can you please let me know if there was any issue with this. 

I came for H1B stamping using Dropbox on April, 2021 and the US consulate has asked for more information to prove I haven't violated SEVIS and come for Interview. When I checked with college DSO they are saying my SEVIS got terminated on January 09, 2014. I'm now confused what is the issue and what document I need to share with the US Consulate.

Kindly advise on what to do next in here, and what shall I present to them.
