venkat1# Posted May 12, 2021 Report Share Posted May 12, 2021 My wife is in the US and she has applied for change of status (COS) from H4 to F1 in Aug 2020 and her application status is still pending with USCIS. She went ahead and started her Masters program on H4 visa in Aug 2020 itself. During this time, I moved from my previous employer to a new employer (I am a full time mechanical engineer). As we were waiting for her pending COS, she got an internship opportunity and she requires F1 visa to start working. We cannot go to India for visa interview due to travel ban. Could anyone suggest where can we go for consular processing if not for India ? Quote Link to comment
