I have a valid H1B petition but am unable to schedule an H1B visa interview (drop-box) appointment. I will apply for emergency Advanced Parole. If granted, can I come back on AP and continue working for my H1B petitioner? Some sources say that you can, others say you cannot (and either need an EAD or re-file the H1B to restart employment). FYI - Just found the article from this law firm. But it is from 2008.
