Details of all Visits of GC holder outside USA for more than six months

Many applications such as Naturalisation Application N-400 and Returning Resident Visa Application require Complete Past Record of Arrival & Departure (ever since you became permanent resident (Green Card). It is not possible for me to trace this record for more than 20 years. Can someone advise , whether 20 years record would suffice.

Just write what you remember, with a note like "to the best of my recollection." They have the dates in their system, anyway.

For people who just got the GC, what I did was to create a simple Excel spreadsheet to record all travel dates.
