lava Posted March 18, 2021 Report Share Posted March 18, 2021 Hello, H1B holder has a valid H1B and an approved I140, with I485/I765/I131 in process. H4 EAD was obtained by the spouse and currently valid. If the H1B holders job ends, what happens to the H4 EAD? Does the H4 EAD stay valid until it's expiry even if the H1B holder's employment ended?
