Due to an employer situation, my extension was denied which made me travel to india in Sep 2019 when I got a H4 visa stamped on my passport (my spouse has a valid H1b visa). After I travelled back , my employer filed a H1COS application which was approved and I currently have a valid i797 which is valid till 2022. I am planning to travel to India. I wanted to check if I am eligible for Dropbox for my H1b visa as I had a H1b visa previously ? Quote Link to comment
