Multiple H1B transfers

Hello,

Here is my scenario -

I am working for company A and have a valid visa till 2022.  I gave an interview in company B and they did premium transfer for visa processing which got approved. I have not yet joined company B as I have to serve notice period in company A and the joining for Company B would be first week of April. I have not yet communicated to company A of the offer so they have not yet revoked my visa.

Meanwhile, I got an offer from company C and they are ready to do premium processing of my visa.

Questions -

1) Can I simply communicate to company B that I cannot join them due to better offer in the market and continue to work for company A?
