Co-employer on W2 instead of actual employer - PERM/H1B filing

Hi, 

My employer outsourced Payroll services to one of the top PEO companies. My W2 has PEO company name instead of an actual employer who sponsored my H1B. Now, the question:

- Will there be any issue filing my PERM application or H1B extension?

Hi,

I have been offered a role in a company with similar arrangement. They have initiated my H-1B transfer and the lawyer said there is no need to give PEO information in this initial H-1B case. But I'm worried if there is any issue in future for PERM or another H-1B transfer.
