I also have H4 EAD expiring in 3 weeks i.e. March 2021 and have applied for renewal back in Sep 2020 which is still under process. I am currently working; however my employment will be terminated as my EAD will not be renewed on time due to long processing times. Below are my questions. 1. Can I visit India for few months when my H4 EAD renewal is in process? 2. During my visit to India, I have to get my H4 visa stamped ; however my husband will NOT be travelling with me. From whose perspective should DS160 be filled? Is the applicant me or my husband? whose prior travel details be furnished? what should I answer for "has anyone filed immigration petition on your behalf to USCIS?" (note: my husband has I-140 approved through a previous employer). Since I am filling the form, I am confused on whose details to be furnished here. 3. Since my husband is not travelling with me, what should I answer for question - List the names of family members travelling along with you? Kindly advice. Quote Link to comment
