I have a confusing situation with my visa. Appreciate your help

  • I was working on L1A till Nov 2020.
  • Application for Change of Status(COS) to H4 was filed, with spouse's H1-B visa being valid till July, 2021
  • Spouse's H1-B extension will be applied by next week and my COS application is still pending.
  • Can i file h4 extension along with primary applicant's extension?
  • spouse's company will not be filing another I 539 as they already filed COS. What can I do?
