wonder123 Posted February 13, 2021 Report Share Posted February 13, 2021 My EB2 to EB3 downgrade rejected - Application received October 29 Rejection notice dated February 2 Reason: One or more of the following field(s) were not completed: - Additional Alien Worker Information Please be sure to complete the application Fully, submit the appropriate fees, And include all required supporting documentation. Per lawyer, There is a check box that was missed on principal applicants I-485 petition. Looking into options to file again. However filing dates are not being accepted. Is it standard for rejection notice to say, "Please be sure to complete the application Fully, submit the appropriate fees, And include all required supporting documentation." and NOT submit when your PD is current?? Did any one have any positive outcome after sending application back with correction even though filings dates are not being accepted any more? Quote Link to comment
