manish81 Posted August 2, 2011 Report Share Posted August 2, 2011 I was arrested for DUI this year, since my alcohal level were below the limits. I was issued a detention letter later on (turns arrest into mere detention). I was wondering what do I need to fill in DS form where they asked whether you were arrested or Not?...I wasn't fined, no tickets, no licence revoked...I was stopped as I was driving slow..:( I do have detention and filing with me already, let me know If I need to carry some other documents as a proof.
