Ashgiri Posted February 12, 2021 Report Share Posted February 12, 2021 (edited) I recently got my extension I797 and that had typo error with I94 number also my project is changing so I have to file for Amendment for change in location. Now Attorney has submitted typo error with USCIS I still dont have corrected I797 but I have to apply for amendment for change of location can I still proceed and apply for Amendment when I am still waiting for corrected I797. My Attorney is asking to apply for amendment . I am not sure how can one apply for Amendment when one does not have correct I797 .
