venkat_1984
Dear Forum, My H1B petition was approved in 2016. I went for stamping in the year end .US Consulate raised RFE asking for a Master channel agreement. US Consulate rejected my Visa though my employer provided additional information. And it also requested USCIS to revoke my petition .Finally, approval of the petition was revoked by USCIS in 2018. Will my case come under H1B Cap exemption and allowed for premium processing? I appreciate your reply . Quote Link to comment
H1H4H4EADUser
Revoked petition will not come under Cap Exemption. It's no more useful and have to leave there and try for new lottery... (This is my understanding based on different portals) Quote Link to comment
