For my current project requirement, I had attended consular interview (H1B visa extension) in Chennai and got H1B visa approved till Feb 2023.Now due to this pandemic situation, I may not travel to USA for this client,I have another opportunity (another project - US based client) within my organization, I assume I just need to file for LCA (new location) and for H1B amendment and travel to USA once I get the receipt .Pls confirm. The reason for this query is since I am not travelling to work for the client, for which I got the visa approved (through H1B extension), I have this doubt.. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
