My company applied for extension on August 5th 2011 for H1B transer cum extension ,vermont center for premium processing.

Till now, we didnot receive the receipt number yet.

Any idea ?

I am in a similar situation. Company B applied for transfer with premium processing on 8/11. Yet to receive the receipt.

this is really not correct...we people didnt recieve reciept numbers....for most of us itz more than 1 week and still waiting for reciept numbers...what is the point in applying in premium??? i was hoping i will get my approval by august 31st as that would be 15 days from the time i applied...but doesnt seem so now hmm...

I emailed my attorney yesterday and received the receipt #. They got an email, but not yet a hard copy of the notice.

Received the receipt, Status is Acceptance. will post updates as I know.

I wonder if the Status page shows if the application is regular or Premium .

My employer says he has applied for Premium processing.

My Visa/I94 end date is Sep 11 2011. I am concerned of the status. Could some one tell me the 15 day response is it 15 working days or calendar days?

Status on Aug 5th : Chaged the Status back to Acceptance from Initial review

I received my approval email today.

USCIS Receipt Date: 8/11

Approval Date: 8/19

Type of Petition: Transfer + Extension (with I140 approved)

Type of Processing: Premium

Employer Relationship: Direct Hire

Date on which USCIS site was updated and approval email sent: 8/23.

So, it looks like my petition was approved 4 days ago, but the site wasn't updated.

On August 23, 2011, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved.

I need to check with my employer for the details when he gets it.

You should receive approval by end of the week. Premium processing is a good option for getting approvals in a short time. However, I do agree that many of USCIS's processes don't seem to be working. My attorney never received an email with the receipt # and is yet to receive the hard copy of the receipt notice as well. It's been 2 weeks since they sent it. Even the approval occurred 5 days ago and no hard copy of approval notice is available either. I fail to understand why it takes so long for them to send a mail.

My H1b transfer was applied on 8th Aug under premium processing at vermont from company B. Got the receipt on 10th Aug but till now status shows Intial review.

can you please let me know how many days it will take more.

I am close to 15 working days but till now my status was not changed.

i am close to my h1b expire also.

i have started working with my new company "B" is it good to proceed with them.

can any one please give me suggestion on my case.

My employer said that the application had returned back for no reason. They had sent it again on 08/22/2011 for premium processing to VSC.

Need to wait what's gonna happen this time?

My petiton reached USCIS on Aug 24 for premium processing.

On 26th,The status changed to Acceptance online.
