blaq Posted January 10, 2021 Report Share Posted January 10, 2021 I was charged with DUI in 2017 and I pleaded guilty for misdemeanor DUI, disposition is completed in 2019. I was able to file h1b in 2020 through a staffing company and it was picked and approved with no RFE. Now new employer is initiating is applying for change of employer/transfer under premium processing. My new employer knows about DUI and attorney didnt ask me any question regarding criminal history. 1) Anyone here in same situation and got transfer approved with no RFE? 2) Should I expect and rfe for th transfer regarding DUI? 3) Shall I inform my attorney before hand regarding the DUI on my record? 4) I have read articles that extension does not come with any rfe but transfer application gets rfe, how true is this?
