Saraswati Posted January 8, 2021 Report Share Posted January 8, 2021 My H4EAD was applied on June 16, 2020 and is still pending, in my recent inquiry about 'case outside of normal processing times' I got this reply from USCIS "this case is undergoing additional reviews and requires a longer processing time than normal" , I understand this means my case is under security check. The reason I am concerned is because once my H1 COS was stuck in security check and it got denied after 2 and half years because my employer who filed my first h1b (cap count) had done fraud. Is it possible that my H4 is stuck in the same boat again ? will I have to go through security check every time I file any petition with USCIS. Quote Link to comment
