Two H1b transfers, one approved and one pending.

I am currently working for Employer A full time. I have two job offers Employer B and C have filed for the H1b, Employer B's petition is approved and Employer C's is pending. I would like to resign from Employer A and work for Employer B. But i worried that the pending Employer C's petition affects Employer B's approved petition. Is that possible ?

 with 99% certainty it wont, 1% for NOIR or fraudulent activities etc.  As long as B and C are not related there should not be any issue.
