With the current trend, I believe I would be getting my PERM approval by mid of Jan. My H1b max out date is Feb 2021. In case if my i140 is not approved by then, I will have to leave this country. My question is, can I return immedietly to US once my i140 is approved and subsequently my H1b is approved? or should I serve my one year cooling period? Can we apply H1b extension with i140 receipt number? Quote Link to comment
