Attorney is charging me 2k plus filing fees for submitting my dependent H4 and H4EAD application. 1. please let me know I file my spouse H4 and H4EAD application on my own through USCIS online portal using my H1B receipt notice ? 2. What center will the H4 and H4EAD application go if i file it myself ? I went through online I 539 form and didn't see option of selecting center ? does the h4 application if tied to h1 goes to center where H1 if field ? 3.
