MKSN Posted December 9, 2020 Report Share Posted December 9, 2020 i am on L1A managerial for almost 8 years.. I left USA to india after completing 7 years in L1A. Worked in India for the same company for 1 year and travelled back on fresh L1A for the same company. While i was in India for the 1 year, i got promoted in 6 months. So, while in india, first 6 months i was on title A and second 6 months on title B . However, both title A and title B are managerial in nature. Question is - will this cause eligibility issue because i had 2 titles for the given year? As far as i know, the managerial duties matter and not the title.. Please help to clarify.
