Form I-944 has a section for Education which states that supporting documents for Education must be provided. My parents are in their 70s and they are not sure where their degrees and certificates are. Form I-944 instruction states - "(if this evidence is unavailable, you should provide an explanation and, if possible, evidence of unavailability such as a letter from the issuing institution)." Based on this, I assume we should be okay by not providing the evidence of education. Has anyone been in a similar situation or has any similar experience? What was your outcome?
