Galaxy1 Posted November 27, 2020 Report Share Posted November 27, 2020 Recently got H1b transfer to Company B. H1 is approved and H4 is pending. Due to some reason I wont be able to join Company B. I need to file my visa extension in my current company and thus would be filing for H4 extension as well. In this case, if the previous H4 is already in process, would it create any issues if I have two applications in process? Quote Link to comment
