dv123
Hi, My EB1 Concurrent filing of Green card application was denied after several Appeals. Since the final appeal was dismissed , what will happen to my children's SSN that they got as part of concurrent filing. My daughter moved to F1 Visa , 2 1/2 years back and provided the SSN to her college officials to get T.A position. She is doing her Masters. My Son is in 1st year Undergraduate. Not using his SSN for any work as of now. Could you please suggest, if we have to take any action, not to get into any issues particularly for my Daughter. Thanks in advance. Quote Link to comment
