I am on H1B with PD Jul 2012, recently applied for I485 as priority date just became current. Will be Director from a Lead position - will be in the same Program management responsibilities - no changes in those except title. There is a chance that I may manage one resource. Questions: - Can I still take the promotion without impacting current GC 485 and PD? Quote Link to comment
