So i have current H1b valid until 25th April and my new H1B application is approved and its validity starts from 21st April until 10th Oct 2023. If I use new I797A for my wife's H4, does that mean she'll get her H4 starting 21st April ? Is there any way she gets new H4 with immediate validity up until 10th Oct 2023?
