Since then, I am in India! Next, H1b petition with employer B got approved in the month of Oct 2020. The new I797-B does not have I94 on it. And the consulate mentioned is New Delhi. Question 1) Can I get dropbox done in any consulate other than New Delhi? Do I need to be there in person OR my family member can do the drop-box stuff on my behalf? Question 2) Given the above scenario & President Proclamation in effect until 31st Dec 2020, am I eligible to get stamping at all? Quote Link to comment
