I have received H1-B receipt number (It's still pending with USCIS). I want to apply H4 extension for my wife and kid ( and they don't have old receipt number). Please help me by providing the below question answers. Appreciated your help in advance!!! Thank you.

1) Is this application based on extension or change of status already granted to your spouse, child, or parent? If yes, provide USCIS Receipt Number

- Yes filed previously and pending with USCIS

1 - question answer is No (assuming that your H1-B petition is still under processing with USCIS and yet to be approved)

2 - question answer is Yes filed previously and pending with USCIS (as your application is still pending with USCIS)

Hi, I am also planning to apply I539 in the online. Please help me on the below questions if you know.

1) Is the online filing applicable for one applicant? If we want to add kid then we need to go for paper filing?
