I would like to do a status change from H1 to L2 based on my spouse L1 approved petition (L1 renewal, I-797 and I-94 valid till June 2021), but my husband is currently struck in indian due pandemic awaiting visa stamping. He applied for emergency appointment, hopefully he will be able to get his visa stamped and travel by December 2020. I would want to know whether I can file my H1 to L2 status change based on spouse's valid extension eventhough spouse is not currently in US. Please advice. Quote Link to comment
